Visit of the Palace, the Hassan Mosque, of Chellah (ancient burial ground of the 15th century, with beautiful gardens and its miraculous spring with holy eels). We will also see the Mohamed V Mausoleum, and a nice walk through the “medina” and the Oudayas Kasbah. Visit of Bab Mansour, lofts and the Moulay Ismail stables. Exlpore Roman ruins of Volubilis (city founded in 25 B.C.) and Moulay Idriss, holy town perched on a rocky outcrop. Fez is the religious, intellectual and artistic metropolis of Morocco. The evening will be dedicated to visiting the old medina of Fez Ebali and the afternoon to explore the town along with an excursion to Merenides’ tomb. We will discover Ifrane, a small European town resettled in Morocco, and then cross a beautiful cedar forest. In the afternoon we will discover the canyons of Ziz. The itinerary takes us to the canyons of Todrha situated in an exceptional location (depth can reach up to 300 m). Visit of the canyons of Dades and the Roses Valley. Crossing of the Dades Valley. Originality of this area lies in its Kasbahs, as beautiful as they are numerous. Visit the Aït Abri Kasbah and Tifoultoute Kasbah, ancient residence of the Pacha Glaoui. Early morning departure toward the south along the Draa valley, sprinkled with palms, and crossing of fortified villages with ochre earthen walls. Excursion to the village of Tamgroute (interesting pottery and library of the koranic school), and then discover the Tinfou sand dunes. Journey back to Marrakech via the Tizi N'Tichka pass (Western High Atlas). In the morning visit of the medina and Saadian tombs, gates and ruins of the palace, souks, Agdal and Menara gardens.
